Preparation method:
1. Open the self-heating bag by tearing at notch A and place the unopened prepared meal inside.
2. Fill the bag with water up to the indicated line in the lower part.
3. Fold the self-heating bag and press firmly along the fold to seal it well.
4. Place the self-heating bag on a slightly inclined surface (look around, there are many possibilities).
5. In a few seconds, steam will escape. It’s all good! Wait 12 minutes, then remove the meal by tearing at notch B.
